Vinyl vs PVC vs UV DTF Stickers
Three sticker technologies, three different sweet spots — here is how to pick the right one.
Vinyl stickers are the outdoor all-rounders: water-resistant, UV-tolerant and flexible enough for vehicles, bottles and signage. If the sticker faces sun or rain, vinyl is the safe answer.
PVC stickers are thicker and more rigid, giving a sturdy, premium hand-feel suited to product labels, equipment tags and anything that benefits from substance. They hold shape well on flat surfaces.
UV DTF is a different category: printed film transferred onto objects with raised, textured colour — it wraps curved surfaces like bottles and tumblers and lets you brand finished products without reprinting the item itself.
The right pick depends on surface (glass, metal, paper), exposure (indoor vs outdoor), shape (flat label vs curved object) and expected life. Send us the item you want stickered and where it will be used — we will recommend the material and cut.
